Protecting your personal data is important to me. Below I explain how personal data is processed in connection with this website and my practice.

2. Scope
This privacy policy applies to the use of this website and to the processing of personal data in the context of my therapeutic practice. The legal basis is the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nDSG).
3. What data I collect
a) When Visiting the Website (Server Log Files)
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (so-called server log files). These include:
- IP address (possibly anonymised)
- Date and time of access
- Page/file accessed
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Browser and operating system used
This data is used for the technical provision and security of the website. It is not combined with other data sources. Log files are deleted after 30 days.
b) Contact Form and Email
When you contact me via the contact form or by email, I process the information you provide (name, email address, message and any additional details) for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and arranging an appointment if applicable. This data is not shared with third parties.
c) Therapeutic Data
In the context of therapeutic work, I collect information necessary for therapy. This may include: name, contact details, information about your concerns and the course of therapy. This data constitutes particularly sensitive personal data (health data) within the meaning of Art. 5 lit. c FADP.
The processing of this data is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 6 and Art. 31 para. 1 FADP) and for the performance of the therapy contract. I am bound by professional confidentiality.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Which cookies are set depends on your choice in the cookie banner. You can change or revoke your consent at any time by clicking 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of the page.
a) Technically necessary cookies
These cookies are required for basic functions of the website to work correctly (for example, remembering your language or colour preference). They do not store personal data and are active without consent.
b) Consent via the cookie banner
On your first visit to this website, a cookie banner appears with three options ('Accept all', 'Reject all', 'Settings'). Until you make a selection, all non-essential tracking technologies are disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and reused on your next visit.
c) Google Analytics 4 (statistics)
If you consent to the 'Statistics' category, I use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes the data on its own responsibility and may transfer it to its parent company Google LLC in the United States.
Google Analytics 4 helps me understand how the website is used (for example, which pages are visited frequently, where visitors come from, whether contact forms are completed). Data is collected in anonymised form. Full IP addresses are not stored. The data is not combined with other data sources and is not used to identify individuals.

Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 6 FADP). You can revoke it at any time by clicking 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of the page.
d) Google Ads conversion tracking (marketing)
If you consent to the 'Marketing' category, I use Google Ads conversion tracking. This lets me measure whether my paid ads lead to enquiries. The provider is also Google Ireland Ltd. (see above).
Only aggregated and not directly personally identifiable conversion data is collected (for example, that an enquiry resulted from a specific ad). No profile is created about you.
Cookie used: _gcl_au (storage duration 90 days). Legal basis and revocation as under c).
5. Sharing with third parties
Personal data is generally not shared with third parties unless this is necessary for contract fulfilment (e.g. hosting provider as a data processor) or I am legally obliged to do so.
The hosting provider may have access to data within a data processing agreement.
6. Retention and deletion
I retain personal data only as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by legal retention obligations. Therapeutic records are retained after the conclusion of therapy in accordance with applicable legal requirements and then deleted.
Contact enquiries that do not lead to a therapeutic relationship are deleted within 12 months.
7. Your rights
Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP), you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 25 FADP): You may request information about whether and what personal data I process about you.
- Right to rectification (Art. 32 para. 1 FADP): You may request the correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to deletion (Art. 32 para. 2 lit. c FADP): You may request the deletion of your data, provided no legal retention obligations apply.
- Right to data portability (Art. 28 FADP): You may request that your data be provided in a commonly used electronic format.

8. Supervisory authority
The Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) is the competent supervisory authority for data protection in Switzerland:
