A safe space, central location

A bright, quiet, welcoming room for confidential conversations. Centrally located in Uster, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station.

Being physically present together is an important part of the therapeutic work. Perception, contact, and what shows up in the moment all flow into the process. The protected setting also makes it easier to include body awareness and body-oriented exercises.

Opening hours: I'm available in the practice on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, as well as selected Saturdays. If these times don't work for you, online sessions and Walk & Talk offer more flexible alternatives.

Online sessions

Via video call · flexible and location-independent

Online sessions are a great fit if you don't live near Uster, travel frequently for work, or simply want to skip the commute.

Online therapy works well for many topics. I've been using various therapeutic services via video myself for years and have had good experiences with it. Connection happens through the screen too, and the flexibility of the format can make it easier to attend sessions regularly.

How it works

  • Video call on a privacy-compliant platform
  • Link sent by email before the appointment

Technical requirements

  • A quiet, undisturbed space with a stable internet connection
  • A laptop or tablet with camera and microphone (smartphone only as an exception)

Practical details

  • Same rate as in-person sessions
  • Individual and couple sessions possible (for couple sessions, both people in front of the same camera)
  • Can be combined with in-person appointments (e.g. alternating)

Availability: Online sessions are flexibly available by arrangement, usually Monday to Saturday, including evenings.

Walk & Talk

Therapy in motion · 60 minutes · For individual sessions

Walk & Talk is a conversation in motion. The fresh air, walking side by side, and the movement shift the dynamic of the conversation. Many people find it easier to start talking when they're walking.

I love being outdoors and walk a lot myself. I've noticed that walking sometimes makes it easier for me to talk about challenging topics. This format grew out of that experience.

The format also works well as an orientation conversation. Together we can explore what your needs are and what a possible next step might look like. Or simply have an exchange about a specific topic without it needing to become a longer process.

Walk & Talk is especially suited for individual sessions. It's not exercise. We walk at a comfortable pace and can pause at any time.

Walk & Talk — therapy while walking in nature

Practical information

  • Location: Arranged individually, ideally around Dübendorf and upper Lake Greifensee
  • Duration: 60 - 90 minutes, arranged individually
  • Rate: Same rate as in-person sessions

Weather: In case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme heat, we'll find an alternative or reschedule. We'll sort it out the day before, no fuss.

Availability: Walk & Talk by arrangement, daytime Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
